Early Bereavement Support Walking Group

We are running an Early Bereavement Support group in partnership with Age Well East for six weeks 1-2.30pm on a Thursday from 7th March to 11th April.  No charge. Maximum 12 participants. This is aimed at those who are in the first 12 months of bereavement.

The Bereavement support groups offered by Age Well East are a space for people to meet others who are grieving and talk about their grief in a respectful and confidential group.  Facilitated by Suzanne Crowdell: “In my work with Age Well East, a charity based in Colchester I have experience of supporting people who are grieving in community groups, Care settings and out and about in our bereavement walking groups.  As well as my work as a Bereavement coordinator, I also work part time as a fully qualified counsellor.”
