EHS is designed to introduce us to spiritual disciplines and practices, which can deeply impact our relationship with God. Over 8 weeks we will look at the fact that our emotional maturity and spiritual maturity are inseparable- it’s not possible to be spiritually mature and remain emotionally immature! We will also equip ourselves for a deep and personal relationship with Jesus by incorporating stillness, silence and scripture as daily life rhythms
