Early Bereavement Support Walking Group

Service Description

The Bereavement support groups offered by Age Well East are a space for people to meet others who are grieving and talk about their grief in a respectful and confidential group. Facilitated by Suzanne Crowdell: “In my work with Age Well East, a charity based in Colchester I have experience of supporting people who are grieving in community groups, Care settings and out and about in our bereavement walking groups. As well as my work as a Bereavement coordinator, I also work part time as a fully qualified counsellor.” This is aimed at those who are in the first 12 months of bereavement. If you were bereaved longer ago than 12 months and feel you would benefit from support, please contact us at The Free Church as we hope to run further courses in the future.
